Orders, Payments & Delivery
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed through our payment partners, and Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days and delivered across India through India Post. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and postal operations. Customer-initiated cancellations are not available once an order has been placed.
Products, Returns & Website Use
Native Tails products are pet treats and should be used according to the feeding and storage instructions provided. Natural variations in colour, texture, size or appearance may occur between batches.
Opened or consumed products cannot generally be returned. Please refer to our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy for details on eligible refunds or replacements.
All Native Tails website content, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Native Tails and may not be copied or used without permission.
